I am a freelance fashion designer based in Reykjavík, Iceland.

I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in fashion design and studied at VIA University College (Denmark) and the Art Academy of Latvia.

Over the past few years, I have worked as a fashion designer for the Born in Iceland clothing line, contributed to productions at the National Theater of Iceland, and designed costumes for Reykjavík Pride.

I work hands on across the full garment process, from concept and pattern drafting to final assembly, creating fashion collections, stage costumes, performance and art projects, as well as styling for photography and film sets.

My design approach draws on curiosity, art, history, and culture. Sustainability and a strong sense of meaning behind each design guide how I work.
